Welcome to the CBC Discovery Groups

Discovery Groups are a place where member employees learn how to make better, faster decisions, develop deep relationships and gain new perspectives from other high-caliber construction professionals in a confidential setting.

Discovery Groups utilize the power of group collaboration and engagement through the development of cross-divisional groups offering more opportunities for networking and mentoring plus leadership and professional development. Group members discuss issues and challenges they face in a roundtable format refining instincts and improving judgement.

Discovery Groups are moderated by professional group facilitators who bring the most out of Group Members. Groups are designed for emerging leaders, high performers and key executives who are nominated by that member’s CEO or Senior Leadership.

Each group is made up of six to ten members who are not in direct competition with each other.
